Reduction Mammoplasty A very big or fallen down breast can be mischievous for a woman. The purpose os this intervention is the reduction or remodeling of mammas, that requires incisions around the mammary areola, verticals, across, down and traverse in the mammary fold. The intervention is usually made under general anesthesia. The procedure consists of desiccating the skin, gland and excess grease, placing in its right place the mammary areola and modeling the mamma.
