Mammary Pexia There are certain cases when the mammas aren’t very big but have fallen down. An intervention is done similar to the mammas reduction. The resection of tissue is minimum for these cases. The surgeon sometimes uses prosthesis to give volume and projection to the mamma, once the mamma is modeled and placed properly. For those cases, the surgeon may use a technical change that desiccates the skin around the mammary areola leaving only a scar where the skin changes its color and eventually a short traverse scar.
