There is not a medical or cosmetic treatment that obtains breasts’ increasing, that’s why it is neccesary an operation. In this intervention, a prosthesis os implant is placed. There are two ways to place this implant: behind the same gland, in front of the pectoral muscle; or behind the pectoral muscle. The surgeon will evaluate according to the case the positioning of the prosthesis.

In order to place the prosthesis, the surgeon uses diverse boardings by means of small incisions. Through an incision in the armpit, through an incision around the mammary areola, at level of the submammary furrow or, if an abdominal dermatoplasty at same time, through the corresponding abdominal incision.
